Visible sign of the parish community's care for families and individuals mourning the loss of a loved one. Parishioners assist in the planning of the liturgy for the deceased and/or attend the Mass of Christian Burial.
Social Justice & Outreach
Meets to discuss the emotions of grief associated with mourning the death of a loved one. An eight-week session is held once a year.
Music
Helps lead congregational singing at Saturday and Sunday Masses when the choir is not singing. Sings throughout the entire year.
Liturgical
Parishioners who have been confirmed, who assist the priest in the distribution of Holy Communion at Mass. They may also be asked to take Communion to the homebound of the parish.
Faith formation
Consults with the catechetical leader in developing goals and strategies for adult, family and youth formation. Holds educational events, small group gatherings, and outside speakers and presentations.
Parish Governance & Administration
Advises the pastor and Business Administrator on fiscal matters of the parish; develops an annual fiscal operation plan and other strategies to meet the cost of the spiritual and educational ministries of the parish.
Liturgical
Members of the parish family who share in the Eucharistic action by bringing the bread and wine to the altar. All parishioners are welcome to serve; this ministry is especially fitting for families.

Since 2000, St. Therese Little Flower and the Sisters of Divine Providence in Madagascar have participated in a twinning relationship of mutual support and discipleship.

Open to all men of the parish age 18 and older. Meetings are the first Wednesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Center meeting room. Activities include a golf outing, summer cookouts, and the Men's Appreciation Dinner. Offers an annual Catholic Action scholarship to a Little Flower student attending Our Lady of Grace School.
Social Justice & Outreach
Provides hospital admission notifications and Eucharistic ministry to the sick or homebound. Contact the Parish Office to request Communion for the sick or homebound.
Music
Serve to heighten the musical life of Little Flower. Support congregational singing and offer special music to elevate liturgy. Parishioners of all ages are welcome.
Other
Organization of men 35 years of age and older which forms a softball team in the Catholic Old Timer's Social League.
Music
Leads congregational singing and shares choral anthems at Sunday Mass and special celebrations. From early September to Corpus Christi. Rehearsals on Thursday evenings. Singers 14 years of age or older; no audition necessary.
Parish Governance & Administration
Includes six to nine parishioners who meet monthly (except during the summer) to assist and advise the pastor in his role as spiritual shepherd of the parish community.
Other
Promotes and develops Little Flower's community life. Activities include Hospitality Sundays, Lenten Soup Suppers, Wedding Anniversary Mass, Madagascar Christmas Shoppe, and Greeters.
Social Justice & Outreach
Develops a parish plan and framework for actions and decision-making based on Gospel values. Helps the parish community stay informed on Church teaching regarding Peace, Justice, Integrity of Creation, and Respect Life issues.
Prayer & Devotional
Community group whose members individually pray for a common list of intentions. Communication via email. Petitions submitted to the Parish Office; email list sent on Monday afternoons.
Social Justice & Outreach
Group of parishioners who show Christ's concern for the needy by distributing food and other items throughout the year. Meetings on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. in the rectory basement. Food Pantry open Tuesdays 1:30-2:30 p.m. and 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Music
Brass ensemble led by Bill Haase that performs at local retirement facilities and occasionally at Mass collaborating with the Director of Music Ministry and Parish Choir.
Liturgical
Develops the meaning of the liturgical seasons (Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, Ordinary Time) through music and church environment. Works with the pastor to provide an uplifting liturgical experience.
