How do I delete my Magisterium AI account?
Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your profile, saved chats, library, memories, and personalization settings.
Delete your account from the web
- Click your name in the bottom-left of the sidebar, then choose Settings.
- In the left account sidebar, click Account (the page at
/account/account). - Scroll to Delete Account.
- Read the warning, confirm, and submit.
What happens after deletion
- Your sign-in is removed. You won't be able to log back in with the same email/social account.
- Your chat history, saved responses, library bookmarks, and memories are removed from our systems.
- If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first in Manage Plan before deleting your account, otherwise billing won't stop automatically.
Before you delete
Consider these alternatives:
- Just clear your prompt history — keeps your account but wipes the chats. See How do I clear my prompt history?.
- Pause memory — turn off Memory & Personalization in the Personalization account page if you only want to stop personalization.
- Export your data first — download a JSON copy of your data from the Data controls account page before deleting.
