Viewing and resending gift cards you've purchased

Once you've bought one or more gift cards, you can see them in a single place and re-send the delivery email if needed.

Open your Purchased Gifts

  1. Go to magisterium.com/gift-cards.
  2. Open Purchased Gifts from the sidebar (or visit magisterium.com/gift-cards/purchased-gifts directly).
  3. Sign in if prompted — only the buyer can see their orders.

What you'll see

For each gift, you can see:

  • The recipient name and email.
  • The duration (e.g. 3-month, annual).
  • The delivery date (instant or scheduled).
  • The status — delivered, scheduled, or redeemed.

Resend a delivery email

If the recipient missed or misplaced the original email, tap the gift and choose the resend option. A new email is sent to the recipient's address on file.

Correcting a typo in the recipient email

If you entered the wrong email, contact us and choose Billing / Subscription. Include:

  • The gift order date.
  • The incorrect email and the correct one.

Need a receipt?

Receipts for gift card purchases are emailed to you automatically. You can also request a copy via the Contact form.
