Bishop of Atakpamé
Moïse Touho was born on December 31, 1963, in Tomegbe, in the Diocese of Atakpamé. He studied at the St. Gall Major Seminary in Ouidah (Benin) and subsequently at the Seminary of Cremona (Italy), where he was ordained a priest on June 27, 1992, for the Diocese of Atakpamé. He has held the following positions: Parochial Vicar in Blitta (1993–1994); Parish Priest in Kpékplémé (1994–1995); Private Secretary to the Apostolic Administrator of Atakpamé (1995–1998); Licentiate in Spiritual Theology from the Pontifical Salesian University in Rome (1998–2000); Director of the Spirituality Center in Agbandi (2000–2002); Administrator (2002–2006) and Parish Priest of St. Augustin in Agadji (2006–2017); and, since 2017, Parish Priest of St. François-Xavier in Badou, member of the Presbyteral Council, and Vicar Forane.
