Bishop of Bayombong
Bishop Jose Elmer Imas Mangalinao, Bishop of Bayombong, was born on April 7, 1960, in Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, in the Diocese of Cabanatuan. He was ordained a priest for Cabanatuan on October 15, 1985. On May 31, 2016, he was appointed Titular Bishop of Urusi and Auxiliary Bishop of Lingayen-Dagupan. He received episcopal ordination on August 22, 2016, at Cabanatuan, with Socrates Buenaventura Villegas as principal consecrator and Sofronio Aguirre Bancud and Florentino Ferrer Cinense as co-consecrators. On May 24, 2018, he was appointed Bishop of Bayombong. He was installed as Bishop of Bayombong on July 25, 2018.
