Bishop of El Obeid
Yunan Tombe Trille Kuku Andali was born on January 1, 1964, in Tojoro, in the Nuba Mountains region (Diocese of El Obeid). He completed his secondary education at the Comboni Junior School in El Obeid, subsequently pursuing studies in philosophy in Juba and theology in Khartoum, where he obtained his Baccalaureate. He was ordained a priest on April 7, 1991. Following his ordination, he held the following positions and undertook further studies: 1991–1995: Parish assistant in El Nahud, Nyala, El Fasher, and Kadugli; 1995–2002: Rector of the Minor Seminary in El Obeid; 1997–2002: Vicar General of the Diocese; 2002–2009: Studies for the Licentiate and Doctorate in Canon Law at the Catholic University of Nairobi, Kenya; 2009–2012: Parish priest of All Saints Parish in Saraf Jamus; since 2012: Rector of the St. Paul Interdiocesan Seminary in Juba.
