Bishop of Kandi
Rev. Clet Feliho was born on February 14, 1954, in Conakry. He completed his early education in Guinea (primary school and minor seminary) and arrived in Benin to finish his secondary studies at the minor seminary in Djime. He studied philosophy and theology at the major seminary in Ouidah (1974–79). He was ordained a priest in Abomey on July 21, 1979. His diocese of origin is Abomey, while his diocese of incardination and residence is Parakou. Following his ordination, he served as: parochial vicar in Bagou-Gogounou and assistant for catechesis in Gogounou (1979–83); a student of catechesis at ICAO, Abidjan (1983–85); parish priest of Segbana (1985–91); a student of biblical exegesis in Rome (1991–95); and Chancellor and head of the diocesan Caritas (1995–98). Since 1998, he has been the parish priest of Ouénou. He currently serves as Diocesan Administrator.
