The Knights of Columbus (K of C) is the world’s largest Catholic fraternal service organization. Founded in 1882 by Blessed Michael J. McGivney, a young parish priest in New Haven, Connecticut, the group was originally created to support working-class immigrant families. Today, it has grown into a global network of over 2.1 million members across 17,000 local councils.

Our Lady of Lourdes Praesidium with the Legion of Mary is starting a Pilgrim Virgin Statue and Home Visitation program for our Parishioner's at San Ysidro Parish.

Members of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (or "Vincentians") are men and women who strive to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to individuals in need. We are young and old. Our members come in every shade of skin color. Some of us are wealthy, some are financially poor, but all of us are blessed with an awareness that our blessings (time, talent or treasure) are to be shared with our brothers and sisters in need.

The object of the Legion of Mary is the glory of God through the holiness of its members developed by prayer and active co-operation in Mary’s and the Church’s work. for the needy.
