Bishop Paul Ponen Kubi

Rev. Fr. Paul Ponen Kubi, CSC, was born on June 29, 1956, in Dewachala, in the Diocese of Mymensingh. He is a member of the Congregation of Holy Cross. He pursued his studies in his home country and attended further training courses in the United States and the Philippines. He was ordained a priest on November 19, 1986, by the Holy Father during his Apostolic Visit to Bangladesh. He has served as an assistant parish priest, Rector of the Minor Seminary, Director of the pre-novitiate formation house and the CSC Scholasticate, and Vice-Provincial of the Congregation of Holy Cross in Bangladesh.
