Bishop Rex Cullingham Ramirez

Bishop Rex Cullingham Ramirez, Bishop of Naval, was born on December 15, 1967, in Balangiga, Eastern Samar, Philippines, in the Diocese of Palo. He was ordained a priest for Palo on March 27, 1995. On October 13, 2017, he was appointed Bishop of Naval. He received episcopal ordination on January 9, 2018, at Palo, with Luis Antonio Gokim Tagle as principal consecrator and Gabriele Giordano Caccia and John Forrosuelo Du as co-consecrators. He was installed as Bishop of Naval on January 12, 2018.
