Elementary, middle school, and high school aged students assist the Presider throughout the liturgy. Training is provided.

The Lexington Catholic Community includes Catholic Campus Ministry at Washington and Lee University and Law School, the Virginia Military Institute Newman Club, and outreach to Southern Virginia University and Dabney S. Lancaster Community College.

An opportunity during Sunday Masses for children ages 3 to 6 to hear the Gospel in words they can understand and complete a related craft or drawing. Celebrated on the second Sunday of the month at the 8 a.m. Mass.

Takes Communion to those unable to attend church services because of illness, hospitalization, or other reasons.

A weekly radio program celebrating Catholic spirituality and inspired by Scripture, doctrine, the saints, and sacred music.

Proclaim the Word of God in a clear, audible, and prepared delivery style. Training is provided and ongoing formation is expected.

Includes Cantors, adult and children Choir Ministry members, and instrumentalists who proclaim the Gospel through music.

Works with the Pastor and meets monthly to plan what is needed to celebrate the liturgical year.

Invites the laity to become active participants in parish leadership and functions with the pastor as a pastoral, visioning, and enabling group.

Handles liturgical setup before Mass, verifies that ministers are present, prepares the bread, wine, and vessels, and attends to the church's tidiness and other tasks.

Seats people, assists with special needs, takes up the collection, and distributes bulletins.
