Bishop of San Felipe
Bishop Rubén Gregorio Delgado Carmona, Bishop of San Felipe, was born on March 16, 1964, in Trujillo, Venezuela, in the Diocese of Trujillo. He was ordained a priest for Trujillo on April 23, 1994. On January 13, 2021, he was appointed Administrator of Trujillo. He ceased to hold the office of Administrator of Trujillo on October 8, 2021. On November 29, 2024, he was appointed Bishop of San Felipe. He received episcopal ordination on February 8, 2025, at San Felipe, with José Trinidad Fernández Angulo as principal consecrator and Carlos Alfredo Cabezas Mendoza and José Luis Azuaje Ayala as co-consecrators.
