Add Magisterium AI as a custom MCP plugin in ChatGPT.
Use ChatGPT on the web. Your workspace permissions and security settings must allow custom MCP servers.
How to connect
1Open ChatGPT on the web and go to Plugins at chatgpt.com/plugins.
2Click the + button, then choose Add custom MCP server.
3Name it Magisterium AI. Under Connection, paste the server URL below and set Authentication to OAuth.
4Review the warning, select I understand and want to continue, then click Create as a plugin.
5Find the new Magisterium AI plugin in your personal or workspace plugins and install it.
6On the ChatGPT homepage, switch from Chat to Work. Start a new Work chat, type @ in the prompt box, and select Magisterium AI. Ask a question and sign in with your Magisterium AI account when prompted.
Connecting Magisterium AI gives your assistant direct access to authoritative Catholic sources — the Catechism, Church documents, papal encyclicals, canon law, the lives of the saints, and the daily Mass readings. Once connected, it can search these sources and answer with real citations instead of guessing.
What you can do once connected
Search thousands of magisterial and Church documents, with citations
Look up the Catechism, canon law, and papal writings
Get the daily Mass readings and the liturgical calendar
Explore the lives of the saints, popes, and dioceses
