People of all ages assist the Presider in liturgies. Adult servers typically assist at the daily 6:45 a.m. Liturgy, while those of school age assist at weekend Masses and school Masses.

Parishioners lead informal classes for parents of children to be baptized. Classes typically held on the third Thursday of the month at the Parish Center.

Represents the parish in reaching out to families who have lost someone recently. Members meet with families to assist in planning the funeral liturgy and provide comfort and care.

Maintains and supervises the maintenance and improvement of parish facilities and campus.

For children in grades K through 2 attending the 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. Sunday Masses. Children gather in church with their families then are sent to the Parish Center during the Liturgy of the Word. (Note: Suspended due to Covid as of page text.)

Music Ministry with opportunities for vocalists and instrumentalists of all ages, at any skill level. Enhances all liturgical celebrations by encouraging and modeling full participation.

Collect bags decorated by All Saints students for Queen of All Saints Parish in Kentucky.

Primarily assist on weekends and at larger Masses to distribute the Eucharist; many also bring the Eucharist to Homebound parishioners or those in area nursing homes.

Annual outreach opportunity collecting eyeglasses for Caring Partners International.

Assists the Pastor and Director of Finance in accounting for revenue and expenditures, prepares the annual budget, monitors financial condition of the parish, and makes recommendations to the Pastor. Meets monthly.

Preschool enrichment program meeting two times a month on Fridays. Uses Bible stories, music, prayer, play and discovery model of the Montessori approach. (Note: Program was suspended due to Covid as of page text.)

For High School students (9th-12th grade), meeting on Monday evenings for faith sharing and discussion in a religious setting.

Extraordinary Ministers bring Holy Communion to parish members who cannot attend Mass in person. Ministers and clergy meet Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. for Morning Prayer and visitation assignments. Also visit Catholics weekly in local nursing homes.

Behind-the-scene organizers and first line of welcome; assist members of the assembly in finding seating, answering questions, taking up the collection, obtaining headphones for the hearing impaired, and inviting those gathered to bring up the offertory gifts.

Supports Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Cincinnati which provides emergency shelter and housing programs for homeless families. All Saints provides a meal and chaperones at night four times a year.

Provides homemade cookies for inmates at Lucasville prison.

Proclaim the scripture at daily, Holy Day, and weekend liturgies.

Mentor couples meet with engaged couples preparing for the Sacrament of Marriage, typically in the home of the host couple, to assist and encourage them.

Group for adult men, meets on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday mornings of the month for prayer, fellowship and Bible sharing.

Collects canned goods weekly for the N.E.E.D.S. pantry in Cincinnati.

Religious education program for students in non-Catholic schools, grades 1-8. FLOCK is the online version. Typically meets 9:15-10:45 a.m. beginning in August and ending in May. Summer PREP also available. Home-school option offered.

While praying, parishioners knit or crochet shawls at home or as a group for those in need of comfort or to celebrate life milestones. Recipients can wrap themselves in God's loving care.

Assists with the laundering and ironing of the purificators (white Eucharist cloths) and corporal (altar) cloths. Commitment once every 8 weeks or so.

Provides a meal to the area's homeless, low income and working poor every other month on the fourth Sunday.

Advocates for and provides prayer, information, and coordinates support drives for local Pro-Life initiatives to ensure every child is loved and supported, and each mother or family is supported.

Process by which interested persons gradually become members of the Roman Catholic Church. Weekly instruction breaking open Scripture. Now transitioning to OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults).

Promotes service and awareness of social issues within the parish community, local community, and broader world communities.

The All Saints Conference provides emergency aid and compassionate care for neighbors in need, inspired by Gospel values, through personal relationships and service. Individuals seeking assistance may leave a message at 513-792-4626.

Week-long summer Bible-study program, typically held in June. Fun week of discovering Jesus' miraculous power through learning, crafts and music.

Members of the community contact new families to welcome them and offer resources.

Scripture study group for adult women, typically meeting on Friday mornings from September through April in the Parish Center.

Opportunities for junior high and high school students (7th & 8th grade) to come together as a parish community with various events and special programs focusing on Catholic spiritual, service and social opportunities. Typically meets on Sunday evenings.
