The Father Gilbert Wirtz Council 5929 serves St. Patrick Parish and the Duneland Community. Offers Knights of Columbus insurance products (life insurance, long term care insurance, annuities). Elected officers include Grand Knight Dwight W Noble, Deputy Grand Knight Mitchell Hehr, Chaplain Fr Nate Edquist, Chancellor Jeffrey M Loewe, Treasurer Kevin R De Young, Financial Secretary Michael J Opat, Recorder Art Diaz, Advocate Chris Delache, Warden Zachary W Hehr, Inside Guard Richard Kolasa, Outside Guard George J Bartfai Jr.

Combines the former Martha Ministry and Visiting Shut-Ins Ministry. Provides services and rides to parishioners in need with little or no support, such as seniors, recently hospitalized, or disabled persons. Volunteers visit, give rides, grocery shop, and help with yard work/snow shoveling as needs arise; there are no regular meetings.

Promotes the dignity of all life from conception to natural death. Meets every 2nd Thursday of the month (except July) at 5:30 PM for a Rosary for Life in the Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, then convenes for a meeting at 6:00 PM in St. Bridget's in the Church. Educates the parish through bulletin announcements and literature, leads pro-life activities (Walking with Moms in Need, Sanctity of Life Sunday/Month, Respect Life Sunday/Month), participates in pro-life walks/marches, banquets, 40 Days for Life, and aids local Pregnancy Help Centers.

Provides meals to the Duneland communities free of charge most Fridays from 4:00-5:30pm in Chapel Hall, serving a changing menu of full meals. All are invited.
