Bishop of Nashik
Bishop Barthol Barretto is Bishop of Nashik. He was born in Mumbai on 16 September 1961. He was ordained a priest on 8 April 1989, and was elected to the titular see of Strongoli and the office of auxiliary bishop of Bombay on 20 December 2016, receiving episcopal consecration on 28 January 2017. He is currently secretary of the Regional Council, responsible for Social Communications and the Charismatic Movement.
