Redeeming a gift card

If someone has given you a Magisterium AI gift card, here's how to redeem it.

Redeem your gift

1. Open the email from Magisterium AI with your gift — the subject line mentions a gift from the purchaser.
2. Click the Redeem link inside the email, or go directly to magisterium.com/gift-cards/redeem.
3. Sign in with your Magisterium AI account, or create a new one.
4. Follow the Stripe checkout flow — you won't be charged for the gift period.

What happens

• Your Pro subscription starts immediately for the duration of the gift (3 months, a year, or whatever was purchased).
• You get an email confirming the activation.

Auto-renewal after the gift period

Gift card redemption sets up a subscription that auto-renews at the selected interval after the gift period ends. You can cancel before that date and keep the remaining gift period.

Already have an active subscription?

If you already have a paid subscription, redeeming may not work as expected. Contact us via the Contact form so we can stack the gift on top of your existing subscription or coordinate the dates.

Email didn't arrive?

• Check your spam folder.
• Ask the purchaser to verify the email they used — they can find it in their gift card history.
• If the scheduled-send date hasn't arrived yet, wait until then. See Scheduling gift card delivery.
