Boys and girls from 3rd grade upwards assist the Pastor during Masses. Training done periodically by Deacon Maurice Ouellette.

Laypeople who distribute Holy Communion at Mass and to homebound parishioners. Receive special training and preparation. Commissioned by the pastor.

Food Pantry located in the Rectory basement of St. Lawrence Church at 110 Summer St. Provides weekly food distribution. Contact Kathy Boucher at 774-322-1444.

Combined Ladies' Guild of the WCCC parishes. About 85 members. Meetings held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM (except January, July, August). Sponsors fundraisers to help the Parish and community. Dues: $10.00 yearly, open to any woman 18 or older.

Lectors serve as ministers of the Word of God, proclaiming Scripture readings at Mass. Scheduled at least once per month. Training available.

The St. Lawrence Martyr Chapter provides assistance with rent, utilities and general support for parishioners and others in need. Has a can and bottle drive to assist outreach. Contact parish office to request services or join.

Mission: To Live the Gospel and let the light of Christ shine through our youth. Youth (Confirmation 2 - Grade 9 and older) come together to build faith and community through a variety of activities. Contact: Youth Group Adviser Eileen Frasier.
