Bishop Ettore Dotti, C.S.F., Bishop of Naviraí, was born on January 1, 1961, in Palosco, Province of Bergamo, Italy. He made his perpetual profession on September 6, 1988. He was ordained a priest for the same institute on June 28, 1994. On June 1, 2011, he was appointed Bishop of Naviraí. He received episcopal ordination on July 22, 2011, with Ottorino Assolari as principal consecrator and Mauro Aparecido dos Santos and Redovino Rizzardo as co-consecrators. He was installed as Bishop of Naviraí on July 31, 2011. He is a member of Congregazione Sacra Famiglia di Bergamo.
