Archbishop of Kuching
Archbishop Simon Peter Poh Hoon Seng, Archbishop of Kuching, was born on April 15, 1963, in Simanggang, Sri Aman, Malaysia, in the Diocese of Kuching. He was ordained a priest for Kuching on July 31, 1988. On July 9, 2015, he was appointed Titular Bishop of Sfasferia and Auxiliary Bishop of Kuching. He received episcopal ordination on September 24, 2015, with John Ha Tiong Hock as principal consecrator and Peter Chung Hoan Ting and Julius Dusin Gitom as co-consecrators. On March 4, 2017, he was appointed Archbishop of Kuching. He was installed as Archbishop of Kuching on March 20, 2017.
