What happens when I cancel?

Cancelling stops future billing without cutting off your Pro features mid-period.

How to cancel

  1. Click your name in the sidebar and choose Manage Plan.
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
The My Plan page for a Pro account. Top section reads 'Your current plan: Pro' with a 'Current billing cycle: (May 4, 2026 - Jun 4, 2026)' bar and '30 days left' label. Two action sections follow: 'Manage Subscription' ('Adjust your billing information, cancel your subscription, or change your plan securely.' with a black Manage Subscription button — this opens the Stripe customer portal) and 'Cancel Subscription' ('Cancel your subscription at the end of the billing period.' with a red Cancel Subscription button).

Timeline after you cancel

  • Your Manage Plan page shows "Your subscription will be canceled on [date]" — the end of your current billing period.
  • Until that date, all Pro features remain active.
  • Past invoices remain available in the billing portal.
  • On the cancellation date, your account automatically moves to the Free plan.

Undo a cancellation

Before the cancellation date, you can re-enable the subscription from Manage Plan (or from the billing portal). Billing resumes on the original schedule — no duplicate charges.

What happens to your data

Your chat history, saved responses, My Library, memories, and personalization stay with your account. Downgrading doesn't delete anything. To delete your content, see How do I clear my prompt history? and How do I delete my account?.

Refunds

Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period automatically. See the Refund policy for details.
