Altar Servers

Liturgical

Assists the priest and deacon during Mass and other liturgical celebrations. Open to 4th grade and above, adults or youth, male or female.

Art and Environment Committee

Creates a worship space reflecting liturgical seasons through color, fabric, flowers/plants, banners, lighting, statuary, and sacred images to enhance holiness and inspire the assembly in prayer.

Athletic Boosters

Fosters physical development of parish student-athletes in a Catholic environment emphasizing sportsmanship, fair play, respect, discipline, and fellowship. Manages athletic programs for grades 3–8. Meetings held first Monday of the month at 7:00 PM.

Bereavement Committee

Serves the grieving people of the parish through words of faith, comfort, and encouragement, and acts of kindness. Assists families in preparing funeral liturgies using the 'RESTORED: Reviving our Joy and Hope' program.

Bible Study

Catholic Men's Fellowship

Draws from the 'Answer the Call - Annual Catholic Men's Conference.' Currently meeting every Saturday morning at 7:00 AM in More Martyr Hall, using the Rescued Project video & discussion experience from Acts XXIX.

Cleaning Ministry

Volunteer groups clean the church weekly on Saturday mornings 8:30–10:30 AM. Groups of 4–6 clean once a month, dusting and cleaning the Sanctuary, sacristy, choir loft, confessional, and other areas.

Cub Scouts

Promotes spiritual, moral, social, and physical development of young boys, girls, and their families through hands-on activities, camping, and community exploration.

Divorce Ministry

Brings healing to separated or divorced members of the parish community through individual accompaniment using 'RESTORED: Reviving our Joy and Hope' and 'Voices of Hope' by Lisa Duffey.

Faith Formation Commission

Family Ministry (Our Domestic Church)

Family & Marriage

Promotes sacramental marriages and supports families through one-to-one accompaniment. Walks with those in struggling relationships offering emotional and spiritual support.

Finance Commission

Parish Governance & Administration

Advises the Pastor on all major financial and operational matters. Approves major capital project funds, certifies annual operating statement, and approves annual budget. Members include professional parishioners with finance and legal backgrounds.

Football Program (SVTM)

Other

St. Veronica/St. Thomas More (SVTM) Football Program for parish student-athletes in grades K–8 enrolled in the parish school or PSR. Quarterly meetings on second Tuesday of the month.

Girls BSA Scouts

Other

Girl scouts develop lifelong skills including first aid, outdoor skills, and leadership. Scouts elect leaders from all age groups for 6-month terms.

Ministers of hospitality who welcome all who come to worship, whether first-time visitors or longtime parishioners.

JulyFest / Winterfest Steering Committee

Other

Plans and carries out the annual JulyFest (second weekend in July) and WinterFest events. JulyFest is the major parish fundraiser with games, rides, Bid-N-Buy, Grand Raffle, live bands, and food.

Ministers of the Word who proclaim Scripture during Mass to bring God's Word into the lives of the assembly.

Marriage Ministry

Family & Marriage

Parishioners participate as Wedding Coordinator, FOCCUS Couple (assisting engaged couples with communication skills), or Marriage Dinner volunteers.

Ministry of Communion for the Homebound

Health & Wellness

Visits and comforts those who cannot attend Mass by bringing Holy Communion to the sick and homebound on Sundays and throughout the week. Requires training as Extraordinary Minister of Communion.

Music Ministry

Liturgical

Choirs, soloists, and cantors lead the parish in song at weekend liturgies. Song selections reflect the readings, the Eucharist, and the general theme of the Mass.

Parish Pastoral Council

Parish Governance & Administration

Consultative body to the Pastor consisting of 6–9 parishioners-at-large plus organizational representatives. Determines parish needs, provides communication between organizations, and recommends courses of action. Meets third Tuesday of most months at 7:00 PM.

Respect Life Ministry

Social Justice & Outreach

Informs, engages, and evangelizes parishioners on Church teachings on life from conception to natural death. Hosts events including Cemetery of the Innocent, 40 Days for Life, March for Life, Life Chain, and Cookie Ministry for Kairos prison weekends.

Rosary Prayer Circle

Prayer & Devotional

Email list of over 50 parishioners committed to praying confidential prayer requests. Known as 'The Rosary Prayer Circle.'

Scouts BSA (Boys Troop)

Other

Prepares young people to make ethical and moral choices through values-based leadership. Activities include camping, outings, and community service.

Social Action Commission

Social Justice & Outreach

Follows the gospels to educate and lead the parish in fulfilling the Baptismal call to discipleship through service and action for the common good. Identifies resources, volunteers for service, organizes events for those in need.

Southeastern Ecumenical Ministry (SEM)

Social Justice & Outreach

Member organization of 30 churches in eastern Hamilton and western Clermont Counties helping the area's needy and elderly. Operates a food pantry receiving donations from the STM 'Feed the Poor' collection. Food Pantry: 513-231-1412.

St. Vincent de Paul Society

Social Justice & Outreach

Ministry of volunteers administering to the poor in the parish area. Assists with food, rent, utility bills, clothing, and basic needs. Manages the STM House food pantry at 804 Ohio Pike. Helpline: 513-753-2561.

Venture Crew

Scouts assume further responsibility by researching and selecting their own activities (camping, shooting, canoeing, etc.) with minimal adult supervision.
