Parish Governance & Administration
Canon Law-required parish financial council. Members include the Pastor, Trustees, and other members appointed by the Pastor. Meets quarterly or as required. Provides advisory services to the pastor on financial matters, maintains transparency and fiduciary responsibility. Provides an Annual Financial Report to the parish.
Social Justice & Outreach
Provides food to members of the community in need. Volunteers make food bags for distribution twice each month, generally on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. Also distributes special Holiday Bags for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Fraternal & Service
Monsignor Joseph F. Loreti Council 3240. Group of Catholic men focused on Fraternity, Charity, and Unity. Meets the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM in Loreti Hall (church basement).
Bereavement
Comfort the Sorrowing & Bury the Dead. Assists grieving families as they prepare their loved one's Funeral Mass of Burial.
Other
Religious goods store operated by the Rosary Society. Located in the Altar Servers' Sacristy. Sells bibles, rosary beads, statues of saints, and numerous other religious items. Open from 8:15 to 1:15 every Sunday (hours limited during winter months after Christmas and during summer; appointments available).

Choir of volunteers singing every Sunday 10:30am Mass, Holidays, Special Masses and Holy Days. Meets 30 min before 10:30am Mass to practice. Active September to June. Also includes Children's Choir who sing for St Nicholas Day and Christmas Eve Mass at 4:00 pm, meeting Tuesdays in the choir loft from 6:15pm-6:45pm for about 5 weeks.

Prayer & Devotional
Organization of women who love and have a devotion to the Blessed Mother. Gathers to pray the Holy Rosary every first Sunday of the month before the 10:30 a.m. mass. Holds meetings most first Mondays of the month. Collects funds monthly to support "Several Sources" home for young mothers and their babies.
Fraternal & Service
Monthly gathering of women providing friendship and sharing of God's love through knitting and crocheting. Creates lap blankets, bereavement shawls, scarves, winter hats, and baby items distributed to those in need. Meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 1-3pm in the Lower Parish Hall.
