Servers assist the priest before, during and after the Mass and at other religious ceremonies. Young people beginning in the fourth grade and adults are invited to participate.

Provides the Parish Community with art and environmental decorations including flowers, plants, and backdrops for the church that radiate warmth and beauty during the different liturgical seasons.

Ministry facilitating pastoral care for parents and families of LGBTQ+ children. Provides a safe and confidential space to share stories, faith, prayer, and hope. Meets 3rd Saturday of the month.

Boy Scout program for young men in 5th grade through age 18. Open to the Parish, School, and surrounding community.

Volunteers bring Holy Communion to homebound parishioners unable to attend Sunday Mass.

Cub Scout program for students Kindergarten through Grade 5 at St. Veronica. Open to students of the Parish, School, REP, and surrounding community.

Assist with the distribution of Holy Communion during Mass, to the sick, or during a Communion Service.

Parish religious education program for children pre-K through 8th grade. Meets two Sundays a month and one Wednesday a month. Includes sacrament preparation for 2nd, 7th, and 8th graders.

Girl Scout program for girls Kindergarten through grade 8 at St. Veronica. Open to all girls of the Parish.

Welcomes and greets all who attend weekend Liturgies. Greeters arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to Mass to open doors and greet attendees.

Grief support services including Coffee and Desserts evenings, GriefShare 13-week program, Managing Caregiver Stress sessions, Prayer Service for separated/divorced, and Longest Night Service.

Parish program linking members who need extra support (meals, yard work, rides, general tasks) with volunteer parishioners. Coordinated by Outreach Coordinator.

Men's organization to honor the name and beliefs of Jesus Christ. Open to all male parishioners over 18. Meets 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00pm in the Parish Ministry Center. Activities include Lenten Friday Fish Fry, Spirit Day Cookout, Parish Festival, Golf Outing, HNS Eucharistic Procession, Christmas dinner.

The lector proclaims the first and second readings from Scripture at Mass. On Sundays, reads the announcements and petitions.

Monthly gathering for Moms to share the joys and struggles of life with children through prayer and fellowship. Meets on Thursdays at 9:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Office (school-year schedule). Children welcome.

Monthly presentation on a topic about Catholic liturgy, held between the 9:30 and 11:30 Masses at St. Veronica Church Campus. 2nd Sunday of the month, Sept through March, 10:30–11:25 AM, in the St. Veronica Church Welcome Center.

Partners with St. Vincent de Paul to provide shelf-stable meals-in-a-bag to families in need. Parishioners shop for and assemble meal bags returned to bins at church.

Program for those becoming Catholic or completing Sacraments of Initiation. Regular sessions twice monthly on Mondays at 7:00 PM. Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist celebrated at Easter Vigil.

Provides weekend food packs (two breakfasts, two lunches, snacks) to 222 local school children facing food insecurity. Takes place at St. Veronica Church. Coordinated by St. Veronica Outreach Commission.

Creates shawls and baby blankets for community members in need of comfort through prayer, knitting, crocheting, and quilting. All infants baptized at the parish family receive a baby blanket.

Brings the light of Christ and the mercy of the gospel to imprisoned men and women of the community. Includes Love In Action Teams (Prayer Partners, Pen Pals, Family Support, Addiction Recovery Support, Serenelli Project).

Partners with SEM (Southeastern Ecumenical Ministry) to provide dinner and ministry to barn workers at Belterra Race Track 4 times each racing season.

Parish hosts AA Meetings on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30pm at St. Veronica in the Ministry Center and on Thursdays from 7:00-8:00pm at St Andrew in the Parish Office basement.

Group promoting the sacredness of life from conception to natural death. Activities include Life Prayer Chain, baby shower collections for pregnancy help centers, and prayer vigils. Meets first Wednesday of the month at 6:45 pm, rotating between St. Andrew and St. Veronica.

Makes hand-crafted corded bead rosaries distributed to missions, visiting and U.S. missionaries, sick and homebound, hospitals, military, and other parish programs. Many sent to Haiti through Hands Together.

Monthly women's fellowship gathering, educational and empowering for Catholic women to grow in faith. Meets at St. Andrew Church Basement, 7:00–8:30 PM.

Works behind the scenes to ensure proper celebration of the liturgy; sets out the books, sacred vessels, bread, and wine. Only one Sacristan at each Mass.

Small Church Communities meeting at St. Veronica Parish Ministry Center: SCC-Buerger (2nd & 4th Monday 9:30-11am), SCC-Frantz (1st & 3rd Wednesday 2:00-3:30pm), SCC-Hendricks (every Monday 2:00-4:00pm). Bible studies also at St. Veronica.

Promotes social and Christian fellowship among senior parishioners. Provides communication and cooperation between seniors and other parish organizations.

Organizes the annual St. Veronica Summer Festival. 2026 Festival dates: June 26–28.

Handbell choir. Rehearsals every other Saturday at 5:00 p.m. in the church.

Addresses campus-specific Liturgical issues at St. Veronica.

Volunteer music ministers who enhance parish liturgies by leading the congregation in prayerful song. Four weekend Masses accompanied by organ, piano, guitar, bass, drums, woodwinds, brass, strings, and handbells. Rehearsals every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

Sings for Wednesday 9:00 a.m. School Mass. Rehearsals on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. in the school music room during the school year.

Rehearsals Mondays at 3:20pm during the school year.

Lay volunteer organization answering calls for assistance with food, rent, utility bills, clothing, and other basic needs. Open Pantry on 1st and 3rd Thursdays 1:00pm-7:00pm. Meetings typically 4th Thursday at 6:00pm. SVDP Help Line: 513-528-8613.

Men's program addressing pressures and temptations men face in modern culture. Meetings held each Friday in St. Andrew Church Basement during the school year; Breakfast at 6:00am, Program runs 6:30-7:30am.

Nine-month course/study group on St. Louis de Montfort's True Devotion to Mary, leading to Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary. Meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, 6:30–8:30pm, in the Fr. Wenzel Room of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School.

Parish-based initiative to increase support for pregnant and parenting mothers in need. Meets first Wednesday of the month at 6:45 pm, rotating between St. Andrew and St. Veronica.
