Archbishop José Adolfo Larregain

José Adolfo Larregain, O.F.M., was born on April 3, 1966, in Adolfo González Chávez, in the Province of Buenos Aires. He was ordained a priest on March 19, 2004, and incardinated into the Order of Friars Minor. He earned a degree in Pastoral Theology from the Faculty of Theology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina in Buenos Aires. He held various positions in different parts of Argentina where Franciscan communities are present: Río Cuarto, Salta, Lomas de Mariló, and Moreno. On March 21, 2020, he was appointed Titular Bishop of Mauriana and Auxiliary Bishop of Corrientes, receiving episcopal ordination on June 29 of that same year. Msgr.
