Bishop Joseph Hii Teck Kwong

Bishop Joseph Hii Teck Kwong, Bishop of Sibu, was born on June 25, 1965, in Sibu, Malaysia, in the Diocese of Sibu. He was ordained a priest for Sibu on March 25, 1993. On January 25, 2008, he was appointed Titular Bishop of Castellum Medianum and Auxiliary Bishop of Sibu. He received episcopal ordination on May 1, 2008, with Salvatore Pennacchio as principal consecrator and Dominic Su Haw Chiu and John Ha Tiong Hock as co-consecrators. On December 24, 2011, he was appointed Bishop of Sibu.
