This ministry involves preparing the church for Masses and feast days. Sacristans set up the church before Mass—unlocking doors, lighting candles, setting out vestments, vessels, and liturgical books—and clean up after.

This role assists the Facilities Manager with light maintenance, event setup, and facility checks for the church, rectory, and parish hall.
