The Choir sings regularly at the 11:00 a.m. Parish Eucharistic Celebration on Sundays from September to June, and at all major Parish celebrations. Practice each Wednesday evening. Open to all adults.

Assist the priest during Mass. Open to youth, grades 5 and above, high school students and to adults willing to serve. Training is provided.

Offers support and help in times of greatest need in the death of a loved one. Works with families in choosing hymns, readings, and petitions for the funeral mass.

Leads congregation in song for each liturgical celebration. Ideal candidates are familiar with liturgical music and have the ability to lead the congregation in song.

The Children's Choir sings at the School Mass held each Wednesday morning when school is in session.

Assists the Pastor and school Principal to determine policies and develop and carry out strategic plans for the parish school and for all other parish education programs.

Distribute the Body and Blood of Christ to communicants at Mass. Belief in and reverence for the Eucharist is required. Training is provided.

Advises the Pastor on issues of maintenance, repair, and improvement of all parish buildings, school, and grounds. Members appointed for expertise in engineering, construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Meets twice each year.

A group of five people appointed by the Pastor to advise him on the temporal and financial affairs of the parish. Members selected for expertise in accounting, finances, business practice, and plant management. Monthly meetings.

Support grieving families by helping serve lunch after a funeral. Duties include setting up tables, arranging food, and assisting with cleanup. Volunteers needed on an on-call basis; 2-3 hour commitment.

Volunteers responsible for the maintenance and beautification of the grounds surrounding the Church and the Parish Center. Most activities are informally scheduled and time commitment is flexible.

An international charitable organization of Catholic men. Many members of the 'Mother Seton Council,' headquartered across the street from the Church, are St. William parishioners. Catholic men over eighteen years of age are eligible.

Proclaim the Word of God at liturgy about once every five to seven weeks. Training provided by arrangement with the Lector coordinator. Open to any who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Prepare the worship space for liturgical celebration. Decorating for a liturgical season and for special feasts. Open to all—artistic, strong, and able-bodied.

Assist in cleaning and care of the church throughout the year. Cleaning consists of dry mopping the floors, dusting the pews, keeping altar marble dusted, etc. Open to adults, teens, and children.

Coordinates Servers, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers for each Mass. Prepares altar, assists priest and Deacons as necessary.

The Pastoral Council (now the Westside Catholic Pastoral Council) meets monthly to advise the Pastor on how the resources of the parish can best be used to fulfill its mission and to remain a vibrant parish community.

Volunteers needed on Saturdays to help with hospitality for marriage preparation workshops held twice a year, assisting with either lunch or dinner.

Marriage renewal program.

Opportunities for both girls and boys. Boys may join Tiger Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Boy Scouts as members of Pack 193. Girls are welcome to join Brownies and Girl Scouts. Men and women are needed as Scout leaders.

Associates in mission are women and men who share in the mission and spirit of the Sisters of Charity. They commit to explore a new dimension of Christian life with a deeper fidelity to the Gospel.

An organization that helps people of all races and religious backgrounds in need of assistance with food, rent, gas, electricity, water, etc. Volunteers needed for pantry, phone calls, data entry, and food delivery.

Greet worshipers, pass out worship aids, assist guests with questions, take up the collection. Distribute parish bulletin and gather remnant worship aids from the pews after Mass. Open to all ages.

Organizes elements of Worship, including Mass Captains, Servers, Lectors, Cantors, Ushers and Greeters. Members also plan special liturgical celebrations. Meetings held monthly.
