Bishop Bonifacio Antonio Reimann Panic

Monsignor Antonio Bonifacio Reimann was born on May 15, 1952, in Kadlub Turawski, Diocese of Opole, Poland. He entered the Franciscan Order, making his solemn profession on February 2, 1978. His priestly ordination took place on that same date one year later. He arrived in Bolivia on September 27, 1983, where he was responsible for the pastoral care of Santa Clara Parish in El Fortín-Libertad for 10 years. Between 1993 and 1999, he served as Guardian of the San Francisco Friary in Cochabamba and was a member of the Provincial Council. From 1999 to 2001, he served as Guardian of the Recoleta Friary and parish priest of Santa Ana Parish in Sucre. His episcopal consecration took place on December 1, 2001, at the Cathedral of Concepción. He was appointed Bishop of the Apostolic Vicariate of Ñuflo de Chávez on October 16, 2001.
