Oversees the parish finances. Members must be appointed.

Oversees all the educational programs of the parish, including adult RCIA, youth religious education program (CCD), instruction for the sacraments, vacation bible school, and the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO).

Maintains all of the grounds and buildings of Immaculate Conception Parish. Duties include inspecting church facilities, maintaining parish vehicles, coordinating clean-up days, and keeping a current inventory of parish property and contents.

Coordinates events of the Spanish speaking community of Catholics with the other ministries of the pastoral council. Plans the mass in Spanish, provides CCD in Spanish, organizes Spanish and bilingual social events, and offers assistance to members of the Hispanic community in Laurel.

Youth Choir.

An adult ensemble led by Karen Deniakos.

The regular Sunday choir.

Helps plan the Sunday liturgy and other special liturgical events. Duties include training altar servers, Extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist, ushers, and lectors, and coordinating decorations in the church.

Reaches out to parishioners to strengthen the spiritual life of the parish and build up the parish community. Responsibilities include fellowship (hospitality, Lazarus Ministry, family life, scouting, Knights of Columbus), spiritual life (ecumenical activities, evangelization, spiritual enrichment), and social justice (respect for life, St. Matthew Ministries, civic activities, St. Vincent de Paul).

Musical choral groups, bands and ensembles serving the parish's liturgies, including several Latino groups and predominantly English groups.
