Adult parishioners serve Funeral Masses and other weekday/Saturday services. Typically asked once every month or two; training takes 15–30 minutes. Contact: info@annunciationchurch.org

Boys and girls in 3rd grade or above who have received First Eucharist assist the priest and deacon at the altar during Mass, weddings, and funerals. Contact: info@annunciationchurch.org

Assists with distribution of the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass. Ministry teams organized by Mass schedule and by month.

Family-based faith formation program for children grades K-6, Junior High grades 7-8, and Confirmation Preparation. Includes RCIA for adults.

Collaborates with the Pastor and Parish Pastoral Council to coordinate liturgical celebrations, support all liturgical ministries, and plan seasonal/special celebrations.

Ministers greet people coming to Mass, assist people entering/exiting, operate the elevator, take up the collection, and hand out bulletins. Also assist at special liturgies.

Lectors proclaim the First and Second Readings during Mass. In absence of a Deacon, the Lector joins the Opening Procession raising the Book of Gospels and proclaims the Universal Prayer.

Outreach service that brings the Blessed Sacrament to parishioners who are disabled, sick, or confined to homes; visits Residences, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Retirement Centers on a weekly basis.

Clergy and deacons visit parishioners hospitalized or confined at home; contact the rectory to request a visit (hospitals cannot notify the parish due to HIPAA).

Parish food distribution ministry, open Saturday mornings 8:30–10:00 AM (all Saturdays in June and July). contact: top@annunciationchurch.org

High school students meet weekly during the school year (Sundays at 6:30 PM) to discuss faith and serve the community. Shared ministry between Annunciation and Our Lady of the Visitation Paramus.
