New servers are always welcome. Once signed up, volunteers are contacted to discuss orientation and a schedule that matches their availability.

Once a month on the second Sunday at the 8:30 AM Mass for ages 3–8. Children are led to the undercroft for scripture activities during the readings.
Hudba
The choir meets for practice on Thursdays at 7:00 PM during the Fall–Spring seasons, as well as every Sunday 30–45 minutes before Mass.
Other
Clean-up ministers meet at the Church on Saturdays between 9–11 AM for general cleaning including dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming.
Liturgical
Assist with the weekly Mass collection before the Offertory. Four individuals preferred at each Mass.
Other
On a liturgical season basis, decorations change in the church. The Christmas season requires many resources; volunteers with strong backs and decorative expertise are welcome.
Liturgical
Eucharistic ministers assist in distribution of Communion at Mass. Three are needed at each Sunday service.
Parish Governance & Administration
Provides guidance and counsel in financial affairs, reviews quarterly financials and capital expenditures, assists in facilities reviews, and advises on general business practices. Meets quarterly or as needed.
Other
Help plant and care for the flowers that beautify the grounds. Options range from an hour or two to a season-long commitment to water.
Other
Volunteers with skills or resources to assist with facility support and advice for maintaining and repairing the historic church building.
Liturgical
Present the Offertory Gifts at each Mass. A group of 2–3 individuals represents the congregation in making this presentation.
Hospitality
Greet parish members and visitors as they enter church, assist with questions or concerns. Schedule can be customized to meet availability.
Liturgical
Lectors can volunteer as frequently as they desire to read one of the first or second liturgical readings, or deliver the weekly petitions at Sunday Mass.
Other
Planning group that initiates events centered on what it means to be a Marianist Parish, including gatherings about the philosophy of founder William Joseph Chaminade.

Replenishing extinguished candles, cleaning candle glasses, and general cleanup done on a weekly basis.
Parish Governance & Administration
Advisory board to the Pastoral Team guiding and maintaining the overall spirit and functioning of the parish. Minimum nine members serving three-year terms plus Pastor and Pastoral Associate as ex-officio members.

Call-list of volunteers for snow removal support during winter months.
Hospitality
Acts as liaison between the parish and couples being married, serving as hosts welcoming guests on both the rehearsal evening and the wedding day.
