Provides a social connection between the parish and homebound members through home visits, phone calls, and sending cards and bulletins. Eucharistic Ministers may also deliver Holy Eucharist to those who ask.

Fellowship group for parishioners 60 and older providing fellowship, engagement, activity, and inclusion for senior parishioners within the context of the parish mission.

Whole-family catechesis one Sunday per month in Robisch Hall after the 10:30 a.m. Mass for families who wish to grow in faith. Required for children in public school preparing to receive a sacrament.

Men's faith group meeting Friday mornings 6:45–7:30 AM.

Salve Regina K of C Council founded in 2009 at St. Mary Hyde Park, serving the whole Eastside parish family. Nearly 100 members assist with parish festivals, fish fries, Christmas tree fundraising, and other events; raise money for seminarians, pregnancy centers, and other charities.

Program for adults seeking to enter the Catholic Church or complete their sacramental initiation.
