Youth servers (5th grade and older) assist the priest during Mass; training sessions held in spring. Adult servers provide assistance at all parish funerals.

Scripture study program for adults. Current series: 'The Parables of Jesus: For Heaven's Sake, What's The Point?' Evening sessions Mondays 7:00-8:30 PM; morning sessions Tuesdays 9:15-10:45 AM, both in the Community Room in the Church. No cost, no previous biblical study required.

Cub Scouts for boys grades 1-5 with den meetings, pack gatherings, camping, and Pinewood Derby. Boy Scouts for ages 11-17 with weekly outdoor-based skill and adventure program including hiking, climbing, canoeing, and camping.

Christians Aiming to Respond to Each Other. Serves the spiritual and physical needs of the elderly and shut-ins in nursing homes and hospitals. Distributes Eucharist to residents at Harbor Court, LifeCare, Welsh Home, and Pinzone Towers; conducts weekly prayer services and monthly Mass for nursing home residents; visits hospitalized parishioners.

Parishioners in good standing with the Church who distribute the Eucharist during Mass and to those who are ill or homebound through the C.A.R.E. Ministry program. Formally commissioned by the pastor; diocesan and parish training provided.

Outreach program designed to bring others to a knowledge of and commitment to Jesus Christ through sharing the Gospel and offering hospitality across various community-focused activities.

Partners with Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity Faith Build Program. Volunteer days organized on July 12, August 16, and October 11. 8 volunteers needed each day, 9:00am-3:00pm, no construction experience required. Minimum age 16.

Council #16376 established at Saint Bernadette Parish in December 2015. World's largest Catholic family fraternal service organization. Focuses on volunteer service to the Catholic Church, local parishes, and communities.

Choir, cantors, and instrumentalists who serve the parish through liturgical music. Choir performs for seasonal celebrations; cantors lead congregational singing at Mass with monthly rehearsals and certification available through the National Association of Pastoral Musicians.

Parish School of Religion for children in grades 1-8 who do not receive formal religious education in their school. Classes meet Monday evenings 6:00-7:30 PM. Registration fee $100 per child.

Guided by Catholic Social Teaching, works to promote justice and respect for all people. Current projects include Joseph & Mary's Home Ministry. Committee members include Sr. Donna Marie Bradesca, Cathy Shultz, John Rudolph, Debbie Patton and others.

Provides financial assistance and referrals to community agencies for individuals in need. Those needing help contact the Parish Office; the ministry conducts an interview and assists as resources allow. Meets monthly.

EDGE Middle School Youth Group meets Mondays 6:00-7:30 PM. High School Youth Group meets monthly on Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 PM in the School Library. Both focus on building friendships and deepening faith.
