Document summary
Reflecting at L'Aquila on Pope Celestine V, the homily presents humility as a truthful recognition of human limits that directs trust toward God. The saints reveal the Gospel and God's fatherhood; Celestine's life is therefore read not as refusal but as a generous yes grounded in reliance on divine strength.
