Bishop Luigi Mansi, Bishop of Andria, was born on May 6, 1952, in Cerignola, Province of Foggia, Italy, in the Diocese of Cerignola-Ascoli Satriano. He was ordained a priest for Ascoli Satriano e Cerignola on June 29, 1975. On January 29, 2016, he was appointed Bishop of Andria.
