January 14, 1992: Ordained a priest in Xuan Loc. 1992: Parochial Vicar of Ninh Phat Parish, Gia Kiem Deanery. 1994: Parish Priest of Ninh Phat Parish, Gia Kiem Deanery. 2005: Professor at St. Joseph Major Seminary, Xuan Loc, and Administrator of Suoi Tre Parish. 2006: Studied abroad in the Philippines. 2010: Returned to the Diocese and served as Vice-Rector of the Major Seminary, in charge of the Philosophy Department. 2016: Vicar General of the Diocese of Xuan Loc. May 2, 2017: Appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Xuan Loc by Pope Francis. June 1, 2017: Ordained Bishop at the Xuan Loc Bishop's House. Episcopal motto: "Leaning on the Heart of Jesus." 2018: Chairman of the Commission for the Doctrine of the Faith under the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Vietnam. January 16, 2021: Appointed Bishop of Xuan Loc by Pope Francis. March 3, 2021: Installed as Bishop of Xuan Loc at Xuan Loc Cathedral.
