Inviting and removing organization members

As an Organization Owner or Admin, you can invite members to your plan and remove them when needed.

Invite a new member

  1. Click your name in the sidebar and choose Organizations (scoped to your organization). This is the members dashboard at /account/organization.
  2. Click Invite to Organization, enter the member's email, and click Send Invitation.
  3. The invite is added to Pending Invites as Member by default.

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept. Once they accept, they appear in your Members list and consume a seat.

Change a member's role

After someone accepts, use the role dropdown next to their name to switch between Admin and Member (the change saves automatically). See Admin vs Member roles.

Pending invites

Invites that haven't been accepted yet show in the Pending Invites section. There is no "Resend" button — to re-send, Delete the pending invite and send a fresh one to the same address.

Remove a member

  1. In the Organizations dashboard, find the user and click Delete.
  2. Confirm.

Their access to your organization is revoked immediately. They don't lose their Magisterium AI account — they just return to the Free plan (unless they have a personal Pro subscription or belong to another organization).

Seat limits

If you try to invite someone and there's no free seat, you'll be prompted to add seats first. See Adjusting seats.
