Bishop “Tony” Daniels was born on June 18, 1957, in Windsor, Ontario. He studied philosophy and theology at St. Peter’s Seminary in London and received a master of divinity degree from the University of Western Ontario. He was ordained to the priesthood on May 7, 1983, after which he served as Vicar General and Chancellor of the Diocese of London, as well as President of the National Federation of Presbyteral Councils. On September 21, 2004, he was named Auxiliary Bishop of London, and was ordained Bishop on November 9, 2004. From 2005 to 2008 he was a member of the English Sector Commission for.
