Bishop of Guarenas
Bishop Tulio Luis Ramírez Padilla, Bishop of Guarenas, was born on February 28, 1960, in Caracas, Libertador Municipality, Venezuela, in the Diocese of Valencia en Venezuela. He was ordained a priest for Valencia en Venezuela on August 5, 1984. On April 4, 2012, he was appointed Titular Bishop of Ausuccura and Auxiliary Bishop of Caracas. He received episcopal ordination on July 8, 2012, at Caracas, with Jorge Liberato Urosa Savino as principal consecrator and Diego Rafael Padrón Sánchez and Reinaldo del Prette Lissot as co-consecrators. On December 11, 2020, he was appointed Bishop of Guarenas. He was installed as Bishop of Guarenas on February 6, 2021.
