Bishop Norbert Pu Yingxiong, Bishop of Kiayi, was born on August 26, 1958, in Alishan Township, Chiayi County, Taiwan, in the Diocese of Kiayi. He was ordained a priest for Kiayi on January 1, 1987. On February 15, 2022, he was appointed Bishop of Kiayi. He received episcopal ordination on April 2, 2022, at Yunlin County Gymnasium, with Thomas Chung An-zu as principal consecrator and John Hung Shan-chuan and Peter Liu Cheng-chung as co-consecrators.
