Archbishop of Mombasa
Martin Musonde Kivuva was born on February 10, 1952, in Muthetheni, then part of the Diocese of Machakos. He pursued his studies in his home country. He was ordained a priest on December 9, 1978, and incardinated into the then Diocese of Mombasa. He served as an assistant parish priest, parish priest, diocesan coordinator for social communications, and co-director of the Catholic television production company "Ukweli Video" in Nairobi.
