Bishop Marvyn Abrea Maceda

Bishop Marvyn Abrea Maceda, Bishop of San Jose de Antique, was born on February 14, 1969, in Bilaran, Philippines, in the Diocese of Naval. He was ordained a deacon on September 15, 1995. He was ordained a priest for Naval on May 29, 1996. On January 7, 2019, he was appointed Bishop of San Jose de Antique. He received episcopal ordination on April 2, 2019, at Naval, with John Forrosuelo Du as principal consecrator and Rex Cullingham Ramirez and Filomeno Gonzales Bactol as co-consecrators. He was installed as Bishop of San Jose de Antique on April 9, 2019.
