Bishop of Surat Thani
Paul Trairong Multree was born on September 7, 1976, in Khon Kaen, Thailand. He studied philosophy at the Lux Mundi Major Seminary in Samphran. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Ratchaburi on June 9, 2007. He has held the following positions and pursued further studies: Parochial Vicar at Our Lady of Lourdes, Kanchanaburi (2007–2008); Parochial Vicar at Saint Michael the Archangel, Ratchaburi (2008–2009); missionary for the Thai Missionary Society in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (2009–2014); Licentiate in Pastoral Liturgy from the Institute of Pastoral Liturgy in Padua (2015–2018); Rector of the Thai Missionary Society Major Seminary in Samphran (since 2019); National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies (since 2020); Superior of the Thai Missionary Society (since 2023); and Parish Priest of Saint Mark, Bangkok (since 2024).
