Bishop Paulinus Yan Olla, M.S.F., Bishop of Tanjung Selor, was born on June 22, 1963, in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, in the Diocese of Atambua. He made his perpetual profession on July 22, 1991. He was ordained a priest for the same institute on August 28, 1992. On February 22, 2018, he was appointed Bishop of Tanjung Selor. He received episcopal ordination on May 5, 2018, at Tanjung Selor, with Yustinus Harjosusanto M.S.F. as principal consecrator and Aloysius Maryadi Sutrisnaatmaka and Petrus Boddeng Timang as co-consecrators. He is a member of Congregation of Missionaries of the Holy Family.
