Bishop of Veracruz
Bishop Carlos Briseño Arch, O. A. R., was born in Mexico City. During his childhood and adolescence, he came to know the Order of Augustinian Recollects. He entered the minor seminary and subsequently pursued his philosophical and theological formation, making his solemn profession and receiving priestly ordination. He served in various pastoral roles and community leadership positions within his order prior to his episcopal appointment.
