Collects, mends, washes, irons, and organizes the various linens that are part of the Mass. Each person responsible for cleaning one week's worth of linen about once every two months.

Any Catholic in 4th grade or older (including adults) can be trained to assist the celebrant during Mass by carrying the cross, holding the book, bringing items to the altar, etc.

Decorates the interior of the church for special liturgies, feast days, and liturgical seasons (Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter).

Serves the family of deceased parishioners in planning the funeral liturgy. Trained ministers provide guidance in the selection of readings, songs, and petitions used at the Mass. Also acts as liaison between the funeral director, parish, priest, and family.

Assists the Business Manager and Finance Council by reviewing maintenance effectiveness and costs, prioritizing repairs/improvements, and preparing a 10-year prioritized forecast of major repairs.

Proclaims the Word of God on a level understandable to young children.

Members visit homebound parishioners on Sundays to bring them the Eucharist.

Program involves boys in grades 1 through 5 in a variety of activities. Operates as part of the Boy Scouts of America and is chartered to the parish.

Formally commissioned ministers who distribute the Body and Blood of Christ. At each weekend Mass 12 individuals distribute Holy Communion.

Annual festival held the last weekend of July; fundraiser and community event open to parishioners and the public.

Meets regularly to offer input and guidance to the Pastor and Director of Administration on the financial operations of the parish. Members include Tiffany Hanisch, Bart Kohler, Katie Siefker, Tom Kessinger, and Kathy Marks.

Welcome parishioners and visitors at Mass with warm words and honest smiles; distribute bulletins at the end of Mass.

On the first Sunday of each month, regular collections for food, personal care items, and school supplies to help stock local pantries like Valley Interfaith and Mt. Healthy Food Alliance.

Catholic, family, fraternal organization. Members are part of K of C's Madonna Council based in Mt. Healthy. Meetings at 8 PM on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at the council hall (7700 Seward). Ladies' Auxiliary meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Proclaim the Word of God through the Scripture readings that precede the Gospel at each Mass. Two lectors at each weekend Mass, one at weekday Masses.

Church cleaned weekly by dedicated volunteers in a spirit of fellowship. Cleaning typically done on Thursday mornings.

Provides uplifting, spirit-filled music for the liturgy. Includes adult choir, contemporary choir, and cantors (by audition).

Serves as a consultative body to the Pastor. Current members include: Jerry Yox (Chair), Joe Arnold, Joy Niehaus, Joanne Hauser, Ken Radziwon, Ashley Evans, Jon Tobin, Colleen Wietmarschen, Charlie McDonald (Recording Secretary).

Members devote time each day to raise up prayers on behalf of fellow parishioners for daily needs (medical, physical, financial, spiritual).

Promotes appreciation for life at every stage from conception to natural death. Provides pro-life literature, promotes pro-life activities, gathers items for Old St. Mary's Pregnancy Center. Also promotes Project Rachel.

Arrives about 30 minutes early to each Mass to prepare vessels, supplies, and ensure everything is in place for Mass; also cleans up afterward.

On the 3rd Wednesday of each month (January–October), volunteers carpool downtown to meet and greet approximately 300 homeless men and women for their evening snack.

Prepares dinner for 35–40 residents at Tender Mercies in Over-the-Rhine (housing for homeless with emotional/mental disabilities) on the 3rd Sunday of each month.

Manages the offertory collection, seating needs, directs Communion Procession, and assists those who need aid. Each weekend Mass has an usher team.
