Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion who serve the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass and to the sick and homebound. Training is required and provided.

Advises the Pastor on financial matters of the parish. Responsible for monitoring all income and expenses, and approving the annual budgets.

Formatio fidei
The Cathedral Lending Library provides resources for children and adult parishioners. Members of the Library Committee oversee the development, enhancement and routine functioning of this parish resource. Persons both trained and untrained in Library skills are welcome to serve.

Responsible for the preparation and care of the altar linens. This includes the washing and ironing of purificators, corporals, and altar linens. Done on your own schedule at your home.

Assistance for engaged couples preparing for marriage.
Social Justice & Outreach
Supports more meaningful participation during Mass and in parish life for children with disabilities and their families through a diocesan representative and the “Belonging” core group.
Musica
The choir is open to anyone of high school age and older. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm, and sing at the Sunday 11:30am Mass from September through early June.

Order of Christian Initiation – preparation of adult candidates for Catholic sacraments. OCIC (Order of Christian Initiation for Children) also offered.

A group that counts the funds collected at Mass each week. Each group volunteers about once a month.

Focus is on the multiple healthcare needs of our parish Family. Our parish nurse provides programs through health screenings, illness prevention and referal to community resources and medial health care services.

All are welcome to join this group that meets for prayer, fellowship and spiritual growth and healing.

Our Religious Education for the 2025/2026 school year is a new program from Augustine Institute. Information is available for enrolling children or volunteering as a catechist.

Duties include arriving early to prepare the altar for Mass and cleaning the altar following Mass.

Seven Sisters is a group of women here at the Cathedral who commit to one hour of intercessory prayer one specific day each week for Fr. Francis.
Social Justice & Outreach
The Cathedral Conference of SVDP volunteers assist with food vouchers and other assistance to the less fortunate.
Hospitality
The Cathedral offers tours free of charge and invites volunteers to serve as tour guides sharing the history and beauty of the historic landmark. No prior experience needed.

Volunteers who assist people to their seat if necessary. They also take up the collection.
