Changing your payment method

Payment methods for Magisterium AI are managed through the secure Stripe billing portal.

Update your payment method

  1. Click your name in the sidebar and choose Manage Plan.
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
  3. Under Payment method, click Add payment method or choose an existing one.
  4. Save.

Supported methods

Accepted payment methods are set by Stripe and vary by region. In most regions this includes major credit and debit cards. Additional methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, SEPA, or bank debits may be available depending on your country.

If your card was declined

  • Double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVC.
  • Make sure the billing address matches what your card issuer has on file.
  • Contact your card issuer if you see repeated declines — Magisterium AI does not decline cards, Stripe/the issuer does.

Organization billing

Organization Owners or Admins can update the organization's payment method using the same flow. Members don't see the Manage Subscription button.
