Connect Magisterium AI to Hermes Agent and OpenClaw

Magisterium AI now connects with agentic tools such as Hermes Agent and OpenClaw. These connectors let your agent search Catholic sources directly through Magisterium AI, then use those sources in its own workflow.

Unlike ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok, these tools use an agentic installation flow: you paste a short instruction into the agent, and it adds the Magisterium AI MCP server or discovers another supported protocol.

What the connector provides

  • Direct access to authoritative Catholic sources, including the Catechism, Church documents, papal encyclicals, canon law, saints, popes, dioceses, and daily Mass readings.
  • Search results and answers with real citations instead of unsupported guesses.
  • A standard remote MCP server at https://mcp.magisterium.com, with OAuth sign-in when prompted.

Hermes Agent

To connect Hermes Agent, paste this instruction into Hermes Agent:

Hermes also supports a companion skill that teaches the agent when to use the Magisterium AI tools without being asked. Review the skill file first, then run:

Advanced options

  • Both connector pages also expose API and A2A setup paths for agent frameworks that should connect directly to the REST API or discover Magisterium AI through its public agent card.
  • REST API setup starts from the developer documentation and uses an API key from the developer console.
  • A2A setup starts from the public agent card at https://www.magisterium.com/.well-known/agent.json.

Requirements

  • Using the connector requires an active Magisterium AI Pro or Organization plan.
  • Your agent may ask you to sign in with your Magisterium AI account the first time it uses the connector.
